The Montessori Method
At FAM, we incorporate a specialized Christian Curriculum which uses the Montessori Method and meets each student on their specific level. It is a challenging and enriching program.
The student-centered classroom is a specially prepared, multi-age setting. This platform incorporates the Montessori methods that teach care of self and environment. Subjects include all levels of Mathematics (including their own economics within the community), English Language Arts, Bible, Music and Art, Latin, Family & Consumer Science, Physical & Chemical Sciences, Biology, Civics, Health & Physical Education, and Geography. Teachers inspire and equip the young adolescent student to own and care for his/her learning and their learning environment all the while viewing the world around them from a biblical perspective.
Statement of Faith
Foundation Academy Montessori believes the Bible to be the divinely inspired, infallible, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
